Dan's Story
Hello, most of the people I remember are from junior high at James Madison. I joined the Army Feb 1972 my sophomore
year. Spent my high school years with the 11th Armored Cavalry in West Germany. Was stationed in a small spa town called Bad Kissingen, at Daley Barracks. My job was a tank crew member on a M...Expand for more
-60 tank. I was the loader on the main gun. Saw many miles of countryside when out on road marches and heading toward the border.
It was an experience I will never forget, especially seeing the border and the divide of the world at that time.
Lived in Arizona for many years and now in the U.P of Michigan.
